VoucherUpdate

Updates a voucher.

Requires MANAGE_DISCOUNTSpermission.

Triggers the following webhook events:

• VOUCHER_UPDATED (async): A voucher was updated.
• VOUCHER_CODES_CREATED (async): A voucher code was created.
